Hello big scary world of blogging! I am completely new to this, but I am quite excited to share with you my world for a little while. The next year will bring some pretty big changes to my life, and I’m going to use this space as a review and guide of those experiences.

I live in Raleigh, NC and am in graduate school for physiology for the next year. My boyfriend, however, is moving to Boston in a few weeks for work, and we will transition to long distance until I finish school. The next few months will consist of studying, working, and traveling- to see my friends and family throughout the east coast and up to see him and explore Boston. (I’ve never actually been to Boston, but he spent most of this past year going back and forth so he’s used to it.) As I go on these trips, I’ll be sure to let you know how it goes and what gems I find along the way.
